Messages

  • Daniel proposes increasing budget for new big speakers. Active ones would be nice and subwoofer would be useful at big parties. First voting: active speakers 6000 dkk per one (we want two) – all for. Second voting: buying subwoofer 4000 dkk – all for.
  • First aid boxes have arrived
  • Rooftop garden project – needs two independent stairs and reinforced roof floor
  • Meeting of multiple dormitories did not happen
  • Field survey with UBS bolig will happen this week – will talk about doors and windows, roof.. Thursday morning 8:55 in front of eriks office. People should join. Field trip should also focus on new SAUNA room.
  • Laundry room – machine door handles not working well, machine #5 not working well.
  • New flag pole arrived

New sublease rules + deposit

  • New contracts – mailbox field added
    • Added rules some rules – about bicycle hook, parking and cleaning
    • Added IBAN, SWIFT etc..

FInancial report of the Resident Council Christmas dinner

  • We spent 8600 dkk . 162 dkk over the budget.
  • There are leftover stuff – donated to the bar (not lost)

  • Other committees should not spend BAR-PARTY-GAMES money

Drink tickets for new residents

  • Great idea!
  • New resident gets 3 tickets that can spend in bar
  • Bar people will give tickets to Treasurer for refund – 15 dkk for one ticket
  • Who will be responsible? – Filip for printing
  • Simone will collect tickets once in a time and return them to treasurer
  • We can use concept on big parties too – football party
